Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job information, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and following up on interview results.

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding Management: Handle new employee onboarding procedures, prepare contracts and related documents; manage employee offboarding processes, and ensure that all documents and procedures are complete.

Employee Relations Management: Assist in handling employee complaints and issues, support internal employee communication within the company, and participate in organizing employee activities.

Employee Training Coordination: Assist in developing and arranging employee training courses, coordinate training resources and instructors, and follow up on training results.

Personnel File Management: Maintain and update employee personnel files to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all data.

Attendance Management: Responsible for employee attendance records, managing leave and vacation applications.

Compensation and Benefits Support: Assist in handling compensation and benefits related matters, including salary calculation, benefit declaration, etc.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background: College or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Work Experience: About 1 year of human resources related work experience is preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in office software (such as MS Office), good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Language skills: Good oral and written English and Swahili skills.
