Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR and Recruitment Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and fostering strategic partnerships within the human resources and recruitment industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HR and recruitment sector.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through targeted outreach and networking.
2. Strategic Partnerships:
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key players in the HR and recruitment industry.
• Collaborate with industry influencers and thought leaders to enhance business relationships.
3. Market Research:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Conduct thorough market research to tailor business development strategies to current market demands.
4. Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
5. Proposal Development:
• Prepare comprehensive and compelling business proposals, addressing client requirements and showcasing our capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with organizational capabilities.
6. Revenue Generation:
• Meet and exceed revenue targets by effectively selling our HR and recruitment services.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
7. Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to understand service offerings and stay informed about industry developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in HR and recruitment services.

• Strong understanding of the HR and recruitment industry trends and challenges.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
