DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

HR Assistant Roles

In charge of all the HR roles for Tracknav Uganda namely: Recruitment and selection Training and development Staff leaves management on Ess. Assist with annual CSR Planning and execution. Staff welfare management and custodian of all staff files and personnel information. Ensure appraisal is done as per policy. Proper management of staff exits with all required documentation. Ensure all required licenses are available and valid

Admin assistant Roles

Stock and stores management General Office management

JB Requirements:

Degree in Human Resource Management/Social Sciences with Diploma in human resource management. 1-2 years of experience in HR management and administration. Computer Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint presentation) With high integrity and confidentiality Good interpersonal skills.
