Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and courteous Room attendant to join our room maids team. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, managing reservations, cleanleness, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.

• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.

• Handle room bookings, inquiries, and special requests via phone, email, and in person.

• Provide guests with accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.

• Maintain guest records and process payments accurately.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Handle guest concerns or complaints with a problem-solving attitude.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area at all times.

• Perform basic administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be 20 or 26 years old.

• Possess a Degree in any field or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Well-groomed, polite, and professional demeanor.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: Ugs.250,000

• Weekly Allowance: Ugs.25,000
