JOB DETAILS:

Location: Central Uganda (Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono, Entebbe)

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time, Live-in/Live-out

Job Summary:
We are seeking for reliable, efficient and detail-oriented house helps, maids, and compound cleaners to maintain the cleanliness, organization and overall upkeep of our clients’ private residences. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing various household tasks, ensuring the home remains tidy and comfortable for the family.

Responsibilities:
Cleaning:
• Dust, vacuum, mop and polish floors, furniture and fixtures.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens and other living areas.
• Laundry management (washing, ironing, folding).
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces (patio, garden).

Kitchen:
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking.
• Clean dishes, utensils and kitchen appliances.
• Manage grocery shopping and pantry organization.

Miscellaneous:
• Care for plants and pets (if applicable).
• Perform basic household repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure security and safety of the home.
• Provide child or elderly care (if applicable).

Requirements:
• With or without previous housekeeping experience.
• Trustworthiness, reliability and discretion.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina for household chores.
• Basic English and Luganda communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with household appliances and cleaning equipment.
