JOB DETAILS:
Job duties:
• Prepare and cook main dishes, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
• Maintain the hotline during service, coordinating with kitchen staff.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Requirements:
• Diploma in a relevant field.
• Previous experience as a Hotline Chef or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
