JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our high-traffic office. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management skills and a proven track record in hotel sales, with experience in setting and achieving ambitious goals in the hospitality industry. This role requires a skilled manager capable of efficiently allocating resources, coordinating with multiple departments, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the hotel.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and packages.
2. Human Resource Management:
• Oversee the interviewing, selection, and hiring process for the sales team.
• Train, mentor, and manage new and existing employees, including planning, assigning, and directing work.

• Conduct performance appraisals, address performance issues, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
3. Performance and Goal Management:
• Set clear job expectations and goals for the sales team.
• Monitor, appraise, and review job contributions and performance to ensure targets are met.
• Analyze sales data and trends to adjust strategies and improve results.
4. Operational Efficiency and Coordination:
• Analyze and optimize process workflows, employee needs, and equipment layout to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement changes and improvements based on analysis to streamline operations.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and gather feedback.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the customer experience and address complaints effectively.
6. Department Oversight:
• Oversee the management and performance of department managers and supervisors for our two restaurants.
• Ensure coordination between departments to align with overall hotel operations and sales goals.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional management qualifications is advantageous.
• Experience: Significant experience in hotel sales management with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Skills:
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
• Excellent background in sales and marketing strategies tailored to the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
