Job Summary:   A Premier Luxury Hotel (Prime Stay) seeks to hire a Hotel manager

• We are seeking a professional and customer-focused hotel manager to oversee our hotel operations. In this position.
• You will direct the day-to-day operations and activities at the hotel.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising daily hotel operations
• Managing front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and handling complaints
• Monitoring staff performance and schedules
• Maintaining service standards
• Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and smooth operations
• Coordinating with department heads
• Managing occupancy and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners, etc.
• Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Required profile for job ad: Hotel Manager
• Requirements;
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
