JOB DETAILS:

The Hostess is the first and last point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will manage the flow of the restaurant, seat guests, and ensure the smooth operation of the front door.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon their arrival and departure with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using our booking system.
• Escort guests to their tables, providing them with menus.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area.
• Coordinate with servers and management on table status and guest needs.
