Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and compile health data from health facilities.
• Maintain health records and ensure data quality and accuracy.

• Generate reports and statistics to support decision-making in healthcare.
• Provide support in health information systems management.
• Participate in health outreach programs to improve community health awareness.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Certificate or diploma in Health Records Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in health  information management.
