Person Specification/Job Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum of a Degree in Primary Education from a recognized institution.
2. Training: Must have attended at least four workshops/seminars and four short courses relevant to the profession.
3. Registration: Registered with the Ministry of Education and Sports.
4. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of working experience, with at least 3 years as a Principal Teacher (with administrative responsibilities) or Deputy Head Teacher.
5. Age Limit: Applicant should be 45 years of age or below.
