Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the school’s vision and mission, and fostering a positive school culture.
- Drive school improvement efforts to maintain high standards in teaching, learning, and student achievement.
- Oversee curriculum delivery, assessment, and compliance with national education standards and regulations.
- Support and evaluate staff performance, lead recruitment, and implement professional development and succession planning.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to manage budgets, staffing, and enrolment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and the wider community through effective communication and engagement.
- Represent the school at community events and public forums to enhance the school’s reputation and outreach.
