Role Overview
As the Head Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our kindergarten students. You will lead a small team, report directly to the Director, and work closely with parents and the local community to foster an enriching environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Establish and enforce rules for behavior and policies to maintain order among students.
• Instruct students individually and in groups, adapting teaching methods to meet varying needs.
• Teach basic skills such as color, shape, number, and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills.
• Guide and counsel students with adjustment or academic problems.
• Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, and social development.
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare reports as required by legislation and policies.

Qualifications
• Required Education: Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Development or related fields.
• Experience: 3-5 years in a teaching role with a focus on early childhood education.

Essential Skills
• Active listening and monitoring to understand student needs.
• Coordination and time management to effectively manage classroom activities.
• Critical thinking to adapt lessons and solve problems.
