Heritage International School seeks a committed, visionary Head of School to lead a vibrant, multicultural team dedicated to nurturing students’ academic, spiritual, and personal growth. As the Head of School, you’ll work with over 40 nationalities represented in our student body, upholding our Christian principles while fostering inclusivity and respect for all backgrounds. Founded in 1994 to support missionary families, Heritage now serves families from various faiths and is growing toward a capacity of 550 students.
Key Responsibilities
As the Head of School, you will:
• Provide visionary leadership to enhance academic excellence and cultivate a faith-based, inclusive environment.
• Support staff development, ensure policy alignment, and foster strong community relationships.
• Inspire faculty and students to integrate faith and learning, reflecting Christian values in all endeavors.

Professional Qualifications
• Education: Master’s degree in Education from an accredited institution.
• Certification: Valid teaching and administrative certification from a recognized authority.
• Experience: Successful teaching and administrative background, ideally with prior international and senior leadership roles.
• Skills: Proficiency in child development, curriculum design, instructional strategies, and effective communication in English. Familiarity with technology for data management is essential.
• Alignment: Commitment to Heritage’s Statement of Faith and respect for diverse cultures and Christian traditions.
Major Responsibilities
Curriculum Development
• Align curriculum with school mission and values, working collaboratively with principals to maintain and revise curriculum content.
Supervision and Leadership
• Enforce a clear organizational structure and consistently apply personnel policies.
• Evaluate staff under direct supervision and guide the school in alignment with its vision and mission.
Administrative Duties
• Administer Board and school policies fairly, establishing annual goals and strategic plans.
• Report regularly to the Board, providing updates on school progress, strategic initiatives, and policy compliance.
• Guide school accreditation and growth, ensure policy adherence, lead staff recruitment, and oversee administrative team functions.
Communication and Collaboration
• Foster effective communication with all school stakeholders, including parents, faculty, students, and external mission organizations.
• Lead the school’s Parent Teacher Fellowship and collaborate with other regional schools.
