JOB DETAILS:
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of SCB Partnership will be responsible for achieving financial targets for revenue, profit and growth and drive company objectives through effective working relationship with the partner while upholding PAUL compliant culture.

As the ideal resource for this role, the successful candidate will be an ardent team player, with strong sales, project management, relationship management, analytical and problem solving skills, detail oriented with high standards of quality, strong work ethic and integrity.

Responsibilities
• Focus on delivering the desired outcomes for the partnership that is aligned to the company strategy.
• Develop and deploy initiatives to company and partnership that will achieve company objectives.
• Gather and analyse data to review and continually improve partnership programs and development.
• Maintain effective communication with partners and finding timely, creative and compliant solutions to resolve company-partner issues and challenges.
• Lead dynamic teams, directly manage people managers and coach for high performance.

Other duties
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Core Competences Required:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Banking
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, financial institution is preferred.
• Experienced in account management of multi partners.
• Proficient in Bancassurance sales model, both specialist and banker sales
• Excellent track record in delivering sales.
• Analytical and strong problem-solving abilities
• Business Development experience
• Ability to both think and inspire at strategy level, but also drive tactics and execution.
• Team player and people manager
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), presentation, and relationship management skills; with a high degree of tact.
• Project management skills
• Strong relationship management, people, problem solving and organisational skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong coaching & training skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities, cultures, and business practices inherent to an international organisation.
• Operates with high standards and integrity.
• Ability to multi-task, and be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
