Role Description
This is an on-site role based in Kampala for the Head of Sales Marketing. The Head of Sales Marketing will oversee sales strategies, manage the sales and marketing team, and develop plans to meet the company’s revenue goals. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and leading initiatives to enhance the company's market presence. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business processes and contribute to overall organizational success.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue and meet business development targets
Proficiency in Account Management and building relationships with clients
Exceptional Team Management and leadership skills to effectively guide the sales and marketing team
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, generate insights, and make informed decisions
Strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented approach
Experience managing sales teams and marketing strategies within a corporate or business management environment is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
