Department: Sales and Marketing

Reports To: General Manager

Job Summary:

Leads the sales and marketing department in developing strategic plans to grow market share, enhance brand recognition, and boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales strategy development and execution.
• Lead marketing campaign planning and implementation.
• Supervise customer engagement efforts.
• Analyze market trends and lead market research activities.
• Manage and guide the sales and marketing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Sales.
• Proven experience in a sales and marketing leadership role is preferred.
