Ezee Money is a Fintech Mobile Financial Services company built to help individuals and businesses to achieve better ways to collect and make payments easily and smoothly. They assist with many different payment needs including business payment solutions and personal payments.

Job Summary: At EzeeMoney, we’re not looking for a traditional Head of Sales. We’re looking for a builder. Someone who understands that startups are messy, growth is hard, and success comes from solving problems nobody has solved before.

You’ll be leading teams, growing agent networks, driving revenue, opening new opportunities, and working alongside people who move fast, challenge assumptions, and care deeply about results.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ sales experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in financial services, mobile money, telecoms, or FMCG sectors.
• Experience managing agent networks, channel partners, or distributed sales teams.
• Strong understanding of Uganda’s mobile money, digital payments, or financial services landscape.
