Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with company objectives.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in sales management (preferably in Fintech or Telecom).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technologies.
