We are seeking a Global Head of Recruiting to lead and scale our talent acquisition efforts across the world. You will drive the recruitment strategy and oversee a global team dedicated to finding exceptional talent that supports Virtasant’s growth.

Responsibiliti
- esLead a high-performing talent acquisition team that delivers on hiring goals, sourcing top talent at the right pace to support business growth. Managing the team successfully is the most important part of this rol
- e.Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top global talent across all levels of the organizatio
- n.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment, providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress against hiring goals and metric
- s.Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine recruitment processes and implement automation where possible. Manage our recruitment technology (ATS), ensuring tools are being efficiently utilize
- d.Recruit and hire for key leadership positions in the organization. Work with our CEO and executive team members to design, implement, and monitor the strategy for these role
- s.Establish strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs and ensure alignment with business objective
- s.Ensure that our talent pipeline is highly diverse and that we attract candidates from a wide range of geographies, backgrounds, and perspective
