Position Summary:
Chrif Enterprises Ltd is seeking the Head of People and Culture who will lead the organization's human resources and culture strategies, driving a performance-driven, high-accountability workforce. This leadership role will ensure the alignment of the company’s people strategy with overall business goals, focusing on fostering an environment of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and track performance metrics using Excel and HR software to ensure team accountability.
  • Foster a high-energy, results-driven culture with a focus on accountability and excellence.
  • Oversee training and leadership programs to nurture internal talent and build future leaders.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Design strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute strategies to ensure leadership continuity and talent development.
  • Manage and resolve workplace conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Develop initiatives that promote employee health, well-being, and work-life balance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience with a focus on performance management, team development, and employee relations.
  • Proven experience with KPI tracking, employee engagement strategies, and building organizational culture.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and HR software tools for data analysis, reporting, and process management.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment practices, and compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams across all levels.
