JOB DETAILS:
The Head of the Human Resource Department leads and directs the routine functions of the Human Resource (HR) Department including managing the recruitment process, benefits, welfare, disciplinary procedures and staff performance management.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Labour Relations, Organisational Psychology Or related
- Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or related is an added advantage
- 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management
- Experience in an International School is an added advantage
