JOB DETAILS:

We are recruiting a detail-oriented and efficient Head of Housekeeping to lead the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate should be a team leader with a high standard for cleanliness and guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the housekeeping team and daily cleaning schedules
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness in all guest areas
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff
• Manage laundry operations and inventory of cleaning supplies
• Conduct routine inspections and respond to guest needs

Qualifications:

• 5 years' experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a lodge or hotel
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Keen eye for detail and guest service excellence
• Knowledge of laundry processes and cleaning equipment
• Ability to work in a remote location
