Padre Pio, an independent Insurance Broker Service company offering a wide range of services to her clients is seeking to recruits dynamic qualified professional for the position of HEAD OF BANCASSURANCE stationed in Kampala at FINCA Uganda Limited (MDI).

The position reports to the COO

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Relationship Management
● Sales and Marketing
● Product Knowledge and New business development
● Compliance
● Customer Service
● Performance Tracking
● Collaboration
● Training and Development
● Underwriting.
● New business development
● Premium collection
● Cancellations and endorsements

Required Qualifications, Experiences, and Skills:
● A diploma in insurance
● 5 years of progressive experience in the Insurance Industry at a senior level
● Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the Underwriting and product development.
● Business development/sales & marketing skills.
