JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview:
The Head of Institutional Banking will oversee and grow the institutional banking portfolio, focusing on large corporate clients. The position involves providing customized financial solutions, building long-term relationships, and driving profitability in line with the bank's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of the institutional banking strategy to grow the portfolio.
• Build and manage strong client relationships with large corporate institutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide innovative and tailored financial products to meet client needs.
• Monitor credit risks and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated financial solutions to clients.

• Drive revenue and profitability while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
• At least 8-10 years of experience in Corporate/Institutional Banking or Relationship Management.
• Excellent understanding of corporate banking products, including loans, trade finance, and treasury services.
• Proven ability to manage large accounts and meet revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
