Job Overview

The Head Housekeeper will lead camp operations, ensuring exceptional service, sanitation, and guest comfort. This role manages staff coordination, inventory, and aesthetic standards to maintain a premium, compliant, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant housekeeping experience.
• Relevant hospitality certifications and training
• Strong knowledge of safari industry standards and remote camp operations.
• Proven leadership ability to manage, train, and motivate a professional guiding team.
• Willingness to be based in a remote camp for extended periods within the Kabale region, with familiarity with the Rukiga context as an added advantage
