Qualifications:

• Formal culinary training
• Strong knowledge of meat preparation and grilling techniques
• Leadership and kitchen management skills
• Ability to maintain high food quality standards

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a steakhouse or grill environment.
