Role Overview:
Creative culinary leader to design menus, manage kitchen operations, and uphold high standards aligned with lodge identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop seasonal menus using local ingredients.
- Control inventory, costs, and hygiene compliance.
- Train and lead kitchen staff.
- Accommodate dietary needs and collaborate with other departments.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years as Head Chef (lodge experience preferred).
- Leadership, menu innovation, and cost management skills.
- Food safety certification.
- Passion for quality and guest satisfaction.
