Description

Mestil Hotels is hiring a dynamic and experienced Gym & Spa Manager to lead our wellness department with excellence. This role demands strategic leadership, operational oversight and a passion for delivering premium service in a luxury hospitality setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee daily operations, uphold service standards, and drive departmental growth.
2. Promote Gym & Spa services with a deep understanding of our clientele to boost revenue and membership.
3. Develop strategies to attract new members and retain loyal clients through exceptional service and staff engagement.
4. Supervise staff performance, scheduling, training, and wellbeing. Step in during peak hours when needed.
5. Enforce SOPs, conduct safety audits, and ensure staff are trained in safety protocols.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Degree or diploma in Health Sciences, Sports, Spa & Gym Management, Physiotherapy, Cosmetology, or related field
2. At least 4 years’ experience in a luxury Spa & Gym setting (4-5 star hotel) at middle or senior management level
3. Proven expertise in Spa & Gym operations and team leadership
