Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the gym, spa and wellness facilities.
• Lead and motivate a team of personal trainers, instructors and wellness staff.
• Manage fitness class schedules, wellness programs and special events.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns professionally.
• Drive membership sales, retention and engagement through marketing initiatives.
• Monitor budgets, generate performance reports and manage expenses efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fitness Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a gym or wellness facility.
• CPR and First Aid certification (required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with gym management software and digital tools.
• A passion for health, fitness and customer satisfaction.
Desirable Attributes:
• Energetic and approachable personality.
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in developing or marketing wellness programs.
• Familiarity with managing pool or spa facilities is an added advantage.
