Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop visually compelling designs for digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, brochures, posters, presentations, and advertisements.
- Branding & Identity: Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across various marketing materials and platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.
- Layout & Composition: Design layouts for print and digital formats, ensuring a balance of aesthetics and functionality. Use typography, color schemes, and visual elements effectively to communicate key messages.
- Image Editing: Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and other visual content to create polished, professional-quality graphics.
- Creative Strategy: Contribute ideas and creative solutions to marketing and advertising campaigns. Provide input on the visual aspects of campaigns and help shape the overall creative direction.
- File Management: Organize and maintain design files, ensuring that all project assets are properly stored and easily accessible for future use.
- Quality Control: Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and quality before final approval or production. Ensure all work is completed on time and meets the client’s specifications.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with other tools like Canva or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills, including both digital and print work.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in graphic design.
