Soul Agribusiness Ltd is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Grafting Technician to join our growing team!

If you have hands-on experience in plant grafting and a passion for nursery operations, this opportunity is for you.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Perform grafting techniques (cleft, whip, budding, etc.) with high success rates
• Prepare and manage rootstock and scion materials
• Monitor grafted plants to ensure healthy growth
• Maintain nursery hygiene and plant health standards
• Keep accurate production records

V Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field

3 years plus hand on experience

• Proven grafting experience (fruit trees preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
