Job Description/Requirements

Our client in the water industry incorporated in Uganda with the aim of offering affordable and clean water solutions to businesses and individuals across the globe seeks to hire Sales Executives. The ideal candidates’ primary purpose will be to achieve set sales targets, identify new points of contacts, maintain and promote strong customer relationship among the existing customers, promote the firm through building identity in the marketplace by adapting to emerging trends.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to deliver exceptional clean water solutions to businesses and individuals. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present Solutions: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our clean water solutions and their benefits.
  • Negotiate Deals: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including negotiating terms and finalizing contracts.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide valuable insights and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the clean water industry or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
