• Bachelor’s Degree in Crop Production, Agriculture Mechanisation, or its equivalent from a recognised institution.
Required Skills and Competencies:
1. Communication Skills:
o Constant interactions with employees, management, and stakeholders necessitate excellent communication skills.
2. MS Office Proficiency:
o Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating visually and verbally engaging materials, reports, presentations, and proposals for departmental heads and management stakeholders.
3. Analytical Skills:
o Ability to gather and interpret raw information and data, document findings, and draw appropriate recommendations.
4. Interpersonal Skills:
o Must be a helpful, calm, and professional individual who remains composed during times of uncertainty.
5. People Skills:
o Capable of garnering the trust and respect of departmental heads and management.
