In Procurement, you will help streamline sourcing and supply chain management. Key tasks will include:

• Assisting with sourcing, vendor selection, and negotiation of prices and contracts to ensure the company receives quality materials at competitive prices.
• Supporting the development and management of relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving supply issues as they arise.
• Participating in market research to identify potential suppliers and analyze market trends for pricing and availability.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the production department to ensure materials are always available when needed.
• Assisting with the documentation of procurement processes, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements, ensuring proper record-keeping and compliance.
