Job Opportunity: Graduate Mechanical

Engineer (Training & Probation)

We are hiring a Graduate Mechanical Engineer for a 6-month training and probation period.

This role offers structured training, starting in the sales office to understand our products and client needs, then gradually transitioning to fieldwork for hands-on experience in machine installation and maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to both office and field environments.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Training & Responsibilities:

Phase 1 (Sales Office):

• Understand industrial machines and their applications.
• Assist in customer inquiries and sales processes.

Phase 2 (Fieldwork):

• Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machines.
• Participate in factory setup and technical operations.
• Work closely with senior engineers for hands-on training.

What We Offer:

• Monthly allowance of UGX 300,000 during probation.
• Practical training with industry exposure.
• Opportunity for a one-year contract based on performance.
