To oversee running of a section and ensure the efficient use of financial/ human resources, equipment and supplies therein. Senior Managers are required to manage the cost, delivery and quality of the hospital health care services in their area of operation.

Job Description/Requirements
- Demonstrate judgment and self-sufficiency in effective problem solving while serving as the administrative and operational resource for the facility.
- Participate in creating and implementing sustainable business opportunities through consumer knowledge and analysis, development of tools for understanding social and economic consumer patterns and how they promote our service provision.
- Oversee and coordinate daily running of the Henrob Facilities activities.
- Develop, implement and monitor working systems and protocols for departments under your direct report and how they relate to other departments.
- Act as the hospital and Clinic contact for external clients, deal with queries and facilitate tours of the hospital facilities and services available.
- Determine necessary space, equipment, supplies and support systems to ensure effective functioning of unit/department.
- Investigate patient/visitor concerns and implement appropriate courses of action and take corrective action in situations requiring immediate intervention, including interpretation and administration of hospital policy and work rules.
- Intervene and solve problem for inter-/intra-departmental issues and facilitate interdepartmental communication, negotiation and decision-making.
- Obtain adequate facts and evaluate data to identify and intervene in actual and/or potential safety and risk management issues.
