JOB DETAILS:
Psalms Food Industries Limited is a leading snacks manufacturing company in Uganda under the brand names Sumz and Afrikan Harvest. Following our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic General Manager- Sales and Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth for our brand and product portfolio.

Role Overview:
As the GM- Sales and Marketing, you will:
✓ Supervise the Sales and Marketing managers.
✓ Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
✓ Lead a high-performing marketing team and oversee brand management for Sumz and other products.

✓ Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, events, etc.) to maximize ROI.

✓ Conduct market research, analyze trends, and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
✓ Track and report on KPIs to measure sales and marketing success.

✓ Coordinate effectively with other functions (Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations) to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in FMCG/food industry leadership.

• Proven success in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM, Google Analytics, and social media tools.
