Overview: The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the establishment, leading all operational, financial, and team management aspects to ensure exceptional guest experiences and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to all departments (F&B, service, finance).
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance to meet targets.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule all staff.
• Uphold the highest standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
• Oversee marketing initiatives, inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in a restaurant/bar.
• Strong leadership, financial, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
