JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
The General Manager will be responsible for overall business performance, operational
oversight, and long-term strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate departments including production, sales, finance, and HR.
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements where necessary.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Represent the company in key partnerships and public engagements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior management role, ideally in FMCG.
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial literacy and operational experience.
- Understanding of Uganda’s regulatory and consumer landscape.
