JOB DETAILS:

Primary function:

• In charge of the Oilfield Power Generation Operation.
• Resolve Power Generation-related issues and advise on Power Generation Management.

Responsibilities: 

• • Participate in and execute new oil-field power generation commissioning and start-up
  • Collect and follow up on Power Generation-related issues left out by the Engineering Team
  • Prepare Emergency response as per Emergency Response Plan
  • Execute instructions from the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Raise and handle Power Generation-related faults and reports
  • Cooperate with other departments if and when necessary
  • Order power generator spares and ensure sufficient spares stock
  • Lead the power generation operation team to carry out normal routine maintenance jobs properly
  • Lead power generation-related issues troubleshooting
  • Prepare power generation work plan and execute
  • Cooperate with the supervisor to control the power generation budget
  • Lead and carry out power generation equipment preventive maintenance.
  • Responsible for coordination and supervision of power generation-related contractor onsite work
  • Conduct onsite power generation-related national staff training
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 8 years’ experience in Gas Turbine Generator operation or maintenance, including 4 Years as power generator operator

Knowledge:

• Extensive knowledge of mechanical and power generator Systems
• Experience with power generator maintenance
• Extensive experience in oil production management
• Familiar with international oil industry practice
