JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily garbage collection activities, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Monitor driver performance, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
• Train new drivers on operational procedures, route planning, and safety protocols.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or service issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of waste collection, vehicle inspections, and incident reports.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in waste management is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in waste management or supervisory roles.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local disposal regulations and safety standards.
