Purewish Foundation Uganda (PWFU) is an indigenous not-for-profit Christian organization that was founded in 2014. PWFU is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of vulnerable populations in Lira district, Uganda, particularly children, youth, and women. The organization focuses on empowering communities to shape their own future and provides support in various areas such as education, vocational training, entrepreneurship, and more.

Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Fundraiser/Liaison Volunteer. The Fundraiser/Liaison Volunteer will be responsible for engaging with potential donors, organizing fundraising campaigns, coordinating fundraising events, and maintaining relationships with existing donors. They will also act as a liaison between PWFU and other organizations or individuals interested in supporting the foundation's mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising and donor engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and coordinate fundraising campaigns and events
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies and techniques
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Passion for making a positive impact in vulnerable communities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
