REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR: Fuel Cards for Light Vehicles Service REFERENCE: 1079-EOI-GAC EI-UG-GEN-Fuel Cards for Light Vehicles
EITS Contractor (Electrical Instrumentation Telecommunication and Security Systems) for the EACOP project, invites experienced and reputable service providers to express their interest in the provision of Fuel Cards for Light Vehicles service.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:
EITS Contractor requires various service providers to express their interest in providing Fuel Card Services to cover:
• Supply of Petrol and Diesel fuel.
• Magnetic strip fuel cards, or keypad access codes and a secret PIN or security number is highly recommended.
• Other related products for light vehicles including car wash facilities in those pumping stations, and/or including being able to supply oil, grease, and simple non mechanical services.
• Service provider must have Filling Stations in various areas and generally across Uganda.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Proof of business registration and license(s) for Uganda.
• Proof of registration with the Uganda Revenue Authority: Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest year
• available.
• Proof of registration with the National Supplier Database (NSD) for Uganda.
• Compliance with the Petroleum Midstream National Content Regulation #34, 2016 for Uganda.
• Provide a Company Profile, Audited financial statements for the past 3 financial years and a Letter from your Banker(s).
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience and financial capacity in delivering such services.

Copy of Management Systems, Policies and Procedures AND/OR Certificates of ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), ISO 45001 (Health and Safety Management Systems)/OSHA; or equivalent (as applicable).

All documents must be submitted in English language with the EOI Reference number as the subject
CONTRACTOR reserves the right not to consider companies that submit an incomplete dossier!
