Role Overview:
To lead and oversee the expansion of FTTH services in multi-dweller units (MDUs), ensuring effective planning, execution, and activation of fiber connectivity in estates and apartment complexes. The role focuses on network rollout, stakeholder engagement, and subscriber growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. MDU Acquisition & Planning
● Identify and evaluate potential MDU opportunities for FTTH rollout.
● Engage with estate managers, landlords, and developer associations to secure access agreements (wayleaves).
● Conduct on-site technical surveys and submit installation plans.
2. Customer Activation & Sales Support
● Work with the sales team to drive subscriber acquisition in connected MDUs.
● Track active vs. connected ratios and support activations post-installation.
● Educate property managers and residents on the FTTH service benefits.
3. Reporting & Documentation
● Maintain accurate records of deployed MDUs, live connections, and material usage.
● Prepare weekly progress reports and submit them to management.
● Ensure documentation for wayleaves, drawings, and as-built reports is complete and stored centrally.
4. Quality Assurance & Maintenance
● Perform quality checks on completed installations.
● Support initial maintenance issues and coordinate with customer support where required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
● Revenue Targets: Achieve sales targets,
● Sales Growth: Drive year-over-year sales growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and increasing sales volume.
● Customer Acquisition: Measure the number of new clients acquired within a specific period and track the success rate of converting leads into paying customers.
● Account Retention: Monitor customer retention rates to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and reduce churn.
● Upselling and Cross-selling: Track the success of upselling and cross-selling efforts to existing clients, measuring the revenue generated from additional products or services.
● Sales Pipeline: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline by tracking the number of opportunities, conversion rates, and the value of deals at each stage
● Percentage of active subscribers per connected estate
Skills & Qualifications:
● Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, IT, or related field
● 2+ years experience in fiber deployment or ISP operations
● Strong knowledge of FTTH Sales acquisition
