Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  • Provide information about Majibu Africa’s products and financing options.
  • Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they may have.

2. Sales Process:

  • Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
  • Explain financing options and assist customers with the application process.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

3. Customer Service:

  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions to their issues promptly.
  • Ensure a positive and satisfying customer experience.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.

4. Administrative Tasks:

  •  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare and process sales documentation and financing agreements.
  • Keep the front office area clean, organized, and well-stocked with marketing materials.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

6. Reporting:

  • Prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Track and report on customer inquiries, sales, and feedback.
  • Provide insights and suggestions for improving sales and customer service.

Qualifications:

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Knowledge of financing products and services.
  • Familiarity with the automotive and electronics markets.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
