We are a leading hotel located in the heart of Masaka, dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through outstanding hospitality services. We are currently seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk, ensure smooth guest check-in/out processes, and lead our front office team to deliver top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate all front office activities, including reception, reservations, guest services, and concierge.
• Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to maintain high service standards.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure swift resolutions.
• Manage front office budgets, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure proper cash handling and billing procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
