Are you passionate about hospitality and customer service? Do you have a friendly personality and enjoy creating a welcoming environment for guests? We’re looking for a Front Office Attendant to join our dynamic team at our reputable hotel in Masaka!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
- Handle room reservations via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle guest complaints and queries professionally
- Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk or customer service roles (hospitality industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Computer literate (familiar with hotel booking systems is a plus)
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a bonus
