Are you passionate about hospitality and customer service? Do you have a friendly personality and enjoy creating a welcoming environment for guests? We’re looking for a Front Office Attendant to join our dynamic team at our reputable hotel in Masaka!

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
  • Handle room reservations via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Handle guest complaints and queries professionally
  • Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in front desk or customer service roles (hospitality industry preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Computer literate (familiar with hotel booking systems is a plus)
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a bonus
