Job Description/Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Business studies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Ability to multi task and handle pressure gracefully
- Candidate must have some knowledge about marketing
- Greet and welcome all visitors and direct them appropriately
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage meeting schedules, bookings, and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier services
- Maintain visitor logs and issue identification badges when necessary
- Support administrative staff with filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Respond to inquiries and provide general information about the organization
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
