Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Attendant at Arcadia Suites Hotel Kampala. The Front Desk Attendant will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and providing excellent customer service. This role entails assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications
• Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus
• High School diploma or Graduate
